Nicole Gleason

After working as a Certified Kinesiologist and Athletic Therapist for many years Nicole continued her education and graduated with an MScPT from McMaster University in 2012.


Nicole is a life-long learner and she has taken an extensive number of post-graduate courses, including: manual therapy, aquatic therapy, taping, acupuncture, tissue mobilization, mobilization with movement, mobility and GLAD.  She is a certified strength and conditioning coach, holds the certificate level certification in Sports Physiotherapy and is a Champion performance specialist. Currently, she is working on her certification in the McGill Method and the Diploma level of Sports Physiotherapy.


Nicole believes that our bodies are meant to move! Her treatment philosophy is MOVEMENT MATTERS! We need to move well and move often. She strives to uncover the root cause of her client’s symptoms to correct the underlying dysfunction and prevent the problem from recurring. Nicole’s holistic approach combines her client’s functional goals and her clinical expertise to develop an individualized, focused treatment plan. She believes in empowering her patients to take an active role in preventing injuries. She works with you to help you perform better at work, at play and at life.
