Clinic Policies for Patients Attending Appointments

Our commitment to safety has always been our number one priority. In order to keep our patients, staff and community safe, and to fully comply with public health directives, we have implemented a number of changes to the Clinic.

When you walk into our clinic, you will notice a number of changes. While things might look and feel different, you can count on receiving the same level of quality care that you have come to rely on.

Please take a moment to review our policies prior to coming to the clinic.

Prior to Your Appointment

  • All staff, patients and visitors to the clinic will be screened prior to entering the clinic. Please visit the website to review the COVID-19 Questionnaire within 24 hours of your appointment. You will be screened again when you enter the clinic.

  • Please try to wear clean clothing to the clinic.

  • Please be on time for your appointment. If you are late, we may not be able to accommodate you due to the need for social distancing.

  • Please notify us when you arrive. In order to maintain physical distancing directives, patients are required to remain outside until you appointment time. If possible, email us or call to notify us that you have arrived.¬† We will notify you when you can come into the clinic. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We must comply with all public health guidelines.

  • As per public health guidelines, all patients are reminded to wear a mask (for example fabric, surgical etc.) into the clinic. If you forget to bring a mask, one will be provided for $2. For information on proper DONNING and DOFFING of masks please click here.

  • If possible, try to use your own washroom prior to coming to the clinic. As washrooms can be high transmission areas, we are trying to limit usage.

  • Please leave personal belongings¬† at home or in your vehicle. All non-essential items such as coffee cups water bottles, bags and jackets (weather permitting) should not come into the clinic.

  • In order to follow current physical distancing guidelines, we are asking that only patients who are attending treatment be allowed into the clinic.
